$8,000 HomeBuyer Cash Stimulus
Tired of hearing about the billions being handed out to banks, auto manufacturers, etc? Been wondering, “where is my bailout?”
As a prospective homebuyer, it looks like our government hasn’t forgotten you… This legislation is part of the president's part of the “stimulus plan”
Here are some of the high points:
1) Maximum $8,000 tax credit… capped at 10% of the purchase price.
2) Does Not have to be re-paid.
3) Only for 1st-time buyers, or those who haven't owned in 3 years.
4) Must close before December 1st 2009.
There are income and holding restrictions associated with this credit.

Zero Down Is Available!!
